Learning to throw on the wheel is one of those things that looks impossible until suddenly it all clicks. It's messy, unpredictable, and occasionally hilarious — and that's completely normal, that's kind of the point! Making pottery is one of the best ways I know to lose yourself in creative flow. I've been teaching ceramics for years and I love every muddy minute of it.

Private One on One Lessons

Fully tailored to you — your pace, your goals, your questions. We work on whatever you need, from basic centering and learning the process, to glazing and surface design. Perfect for absolute beginners and experienced potters alike.

1.5 - 2 hour sessions · Held at Milkweed Clay Studio. Private Lessons starting at $75/hr - tool library and firing included.

Small Group Workshops

Intimate sessions for 2-4 people — perfect for friends, partners, or a small gathering. A guided experience with time to play, experiment, and walk away with something you made yourself.

2 Hours · Up to 4 people · I will glaze and fire your pieces to completion. Held at Milkweed Clay Studio. Workshops starting at $200 - clay, tool library, firing, and glazing included.
